If you need to return or exchange your Bulletprufes, please send them back to us at Bulletprufe, 338 S. Sharon Amity Rd, Unit 329, Charlotte, NC 28211 and include your contact info (including phone number) and what you would like to exchange them for.

Returns are accepted within 30 days of ship-date. Please note that items returned without original packaging/tags will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. All sales are final on Closeout/Clearance/Sidewalk/Flash Sale items and are not eligible for return or exchange. Items covered in animal hair, damaged, stained, or in otherwise unsellable condition will not be accepted. Items bought with a discount code or on sale are not eligible for cash refund; exchange or gift card only. We do not offer cash refunds of exchange items.  The cost of any provided return label will be deducted from credit/refund. Returns of exchanged products will be charged a 15% restocking fee. Because they are made-to-order, our Waxed Tin-Cloth items are final-sale and are not eligible for return or exchange. All orders returned for a refund will be charged a 15% processing/restocking fee. Any final-sale items returned to us will be issued a gift card less a 15% processing fee.
